"I have now purchased three cars from Del Toyota. This most recent experience was with my daughter, who bought a used Rav4. As we were negotiating the final deal, we noticed two minor issues with the used car. They offered to fix them, but they needed to order a part. Unfortunately, my daughter does not live in this area. She had to return home the day after we were going to buy the car. Del Toyota reps (John Norris in sales and Rick Chila, a manager) told us that she could get the car repaired at a Toyota dealer near her home and they would reimburse us for the cost of the repairs. Needless to say, I was somewhat skeptical that this would work, but they gave us a "We owe you" slip. We did as we were told and the reimbursement check came in the mail yesterday. Awesome, trustworthy service from Del Toyota. Thank you John. Thank you Rick. I highly recommend this place for a car."
